Home Training
- 1-2-1 personal training that allows you to undertake your new fitness program, in your own home without the need to go out and join a gym. A service that is flexible to work around your timetable.
Outdoor Training
- This 1-2-1 service enables you to take your personal training program outdoors, gaining the benefits of exercise with the invigoration of fresh air.
Circuit Training
- This combines cardio and resistance exercises in a fun, intense, highly effective fat burning and fitness improving circuit format.
Boxercise
- Boxercise training uses sequences of 8 punches together with a cardio workout which will not only tone muscle but improve fitness and relieve stress.
Sport Massage Therapy
- Certified sports massage therapy to aid recovery from injury, improve your muscles' flexibility and body posture or simply as a relaxation treat.
Nutritional Advice
- This service offers clients advice on the best ways of complementing diet and exercise. You will receive tailored dietary guidance adapted to your training and lifestyle needs.
